Class Overview

This class is a fun and engaging way for young children to explore their creativity through movement. We will use basic movement techniques as a foundation to learn about body awareness, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. We will also explore different types of movement, such as crawling, jumping, and balancing. Through games, stories, and improvisation, children will have the opportunity to express themselves freely and creatively and the importance of cooperation.

Acro Tumbling introduces young movers to the exciting world of rolls, balances, jumps, and beginner tumbling skills in a fun and safe environment. Through age-appropriate activities and obstacle courses, children will build strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while developing confidence in what their bodies can do.
